landscape in , ideas out

Antoine Predock has many houses in New Mexico, but how does he design them? It is simple really, take the landscape and make the house flow with it.

In the troy house he took inspiration from the mountains all around the house to make it look like the mountains behind it. For the turtle creek house the client loved bird watching so he made many windows , so light entered the house along with providing areas to do bird watching. he also added a catwalk extending from the house. On the kaminsky house he positioned it on a steep hill to maximixe views and have a 3 story house combine with a 1 story house. he did this so the client had great veiws as well as protection from the harsh winter winds.
Antione Predock has made many houses and each are unique in so many ways. He never makes two the same and bases them off of the clients wishes.
