Thom Mayne works in an odd way instead of working with a constructive sense. He works in more of a system. His studio approach is to start by asking questions to figure out the problem.
He then alternates between two idea's to develop apriori. Those idea's are large parts of a project appearing to be resolved and a dependence on generative systems and the development of organizational rules. this system helps builda good foundation for thom
